spacious room fresh fruit
I found the room very clean. It also felt quite spacious. Breakfast included fresh fruit and yogurt, which i appreciated.
The carpets had some dirt. I also saw some hairs in the shower.

Excellent stay near the Tower
convenient location room amenities tasty breakfast
the location was very convenient near the boulevard and the tower i found a longstay parking very close too. the room included amenities like two bottles of water biscuits and mints i also found marshmallows for hot chocolate. breakfast had a tasty full english option with cereals porridge and pastries i could also choose muffins or omelette.
cleanliness seemed a slight dip from previous stays i noticed some hairs in the shower i also saw carpets needing better cleaning

the room included a fridge hairdryer and an iron with ironing board i could also use tea and coffee facilities. i found toiletries and fluffy towels in the bathroom too the hotel also offered a bar area.

staff were very helpful and friendly nothing was too much trouble i received some local tips from the staff. i appreciated special touches like the biscuits and the marshmallows the service was very attentive and prompt.

carpet stain shower hair
breakfast included fresh pastries! the pastries were amazing!!!
the carpet had some questionable stains. i also noticed some hairs in the shower drain. the cleanliness was not what i expected, really.

mixed feelings about the stay
dirty carpets hairs in shower
the cleanliness was a letdown (i have higher standards, i guess). i found hairs in the shower. also, the carpets seemed like they hadn't seen a vacuum cleaner in ages. i'm hoping they'll sort these issues out, but it did affect my stay negatively.

kind people english breakfast broken radiator uncomfortable experience
vince and sharon really were kind to me. the breakfast offered a full english. i felt so looked after and at home.
i stayed for three nights, but only lasted the one. the radiator didn't work, and i wasn't comfortable.
